All sales are final.
Because each piece is made with care (and sometimes sass), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

The only exception: if your order arrives damaged.

In the rare event that your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.

To request a replacement:

• Send an email to [your email] with your order number
• Attach clear photos of the damage and packaging
• We’ll review and arrange for a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Please note:

• We cannot process claims submitted after the 48-hour window.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production or shipping may already be underway, and cancellations will not be possible.

If you need to request a cancellation within that window, please email info@thefatgiraffe.art as soon as possible with your order details.
